Bill Wightman, Sunapee, NH – Pianist, vocalist, and songwriter, Bill Wightman has been performing, teaching, directing and producing music throughout New England and New York since the 1970s. An alum of Berklee College of Music in Boston, he currently chairs the Arts Department and is the Instrumental Music and Music Technology Director at Proctor Academy in Andover, NH. Since 1992, he’s performed and directed his popular jazz series, JOSA (Jazz On a Sunday Afternoon) in Grantham, NH. Performing with musical greats such as Tiger Okoshi, Greg Abate, Rebecca Parris, Cercie Miller, Dominique Eade, Donna Byrne and Marshall Wood (Tony Bennett’s bassist) has earned him the reputation as one of NH’s premier jazz performers.
Cliff Clegg, Sunapee, NH – Multi-award-winning virtuoso guitarist, singer and songwriter, Cliff Clegg has over 40 years of performing rock, blues, country and jazz, collaborating with high-profile musicians including jazz legend Richie Cole; country guitarist extraordinaire, Redd Vokaert; and local country music success, Tammy Jackson known for setting the east coast country music scene on fire in addition to playing sold-out shows in Las Vegas. Cliff is a highly respected and sought after guitarist and vocalist known for his smoking lead guitar and exceptional vocals. He’s also worked as an instructor at the renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston and at Proctor Academy, Cardigan Academy and the Blue Mountain Guitar Center in New Hampshire.
Jody Bregler, Hopkington, NH – An alum of the renowned Berklee College of Music where he studied with legendary drummers Joe Hunt and Bob Gullotti, Jody has performed in Boston and throughout the New England area with a variety of jazz ensembles from trios to big band for the past 30+ years. He’s recorded with the Simon Ben Shir group and the Dave Rasmussen Jazz Orchestra to name but a few. An extremely versatile musician, and one that is not content to play only one style of music, Jody is a well known and in-demand player, performing with blues, rock and country bands of all types including regional favorite, the Tammy Jackson Band. Jody lists his musical influences as Miles Davis, drummer Billy Higgins and musical great Cliff Clegg. His performances with Wightman & Clegg allow one to experience Jody's musical style at its most creative level.
